Adaptive re-use of a historic school building in Winnsboro, South Carolina. Mount Zion Holdings, LLC will lease the site to Fairfield County Government, allowing them to upgrade their facilities and place all of their services in one location, as well as a daycare facility, event space/auditorium, and tourism services.
