Cincinnati Development Fund is a certified CDFI and CDE who has deployed over $300 million in New Markets Tax Credits with a focus on development in blighted and largely vacant urban business districts. The benefits of the NMTC equity are passed on to the project sponsors so that they can offer low cost commercial space to minority entrepreneurs and community based start-ups, hire LIC people into living wage jobs, provide workforce affordable housing and desired community services.
