We are a small restaurant business in Minneapolis, MN. The NMTC loan gave us the opportunity to purchase a building and open our second restaurant. We are planing to open another restaurant in the future and if the NMTC is available at that time we will plan to use that loan again. We have been able to create a lot of new jobs in the community and have seen a vibrant change in the neighborhood around our restaurant after operating for the past 5 years.
