Project Description

Madisonville Phase III will construct a new complex in the Madisonville neighborhood. This project will be the final part of the Madisonville Community Urban Corporation (MCURC) development initiative at the corner of Madison and Whetsel. The complex will consist of new workforce housing units and retail and office space. The Madisonville branch of the Hamilton County Public Library will occupy a location within the retail/office space off of Whetsel Avenue.
