Project Description

Northstar 2.0 is the renovation of a new building recently acquired by Columbia River Mental Health Services (CRMHS). The new building is 7,917 square feet and 7,117 feet will be used to expand their MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) clinic, which is operating far past capacity. This program is financially self-sustaining and will help increase the number of patients they can serve through MAT by about 25%. The remaining 800 square feet will be used to house the growing Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT), which is a service-delivery model that provides holistic support to individuals with serious mental illness.
