NMTCs assisted Girls Inc. of San Antonio close the gap in funding needed to renovate a workforce/recreation/mental health building for girls ages 6 – 18. Our mission is to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold! Embedded in a low income community, the Girls Inc. Campus provides access and opportunity for girls to find support, mentors and role models so they can be the best versions of themselves.

The North Texas Food Bank addresses the critical issue of hunger by providing food-insecure North Texans with edible surplus food and grocery items otherwise destined for landfills.
New construction of a workforce opportunity center that provides job training, education and financial literacy services.
Financing for a Business and Employment Center.
Forgings Manufacturing facility.
NMTC financed development of a 35,000 sq. ft. community space for the McDonald Southeast YMCA.
NMTC allocation supported the construction of the 33,800-square-foot facility.
NMTC financing supported the creation of affordable housing in Brownsville.
Redevelopment of a brownfield into a 165,000 sq. ft. campus of creative office and retail space
Housing Channel, a local nonprofit developer, used NMTC financing to implement a housing development program in collaboration with the City of Arlington and for-profit program partners to revitalize the designated

financing helped support the creation of a student-run farm, garden, orchard, farmer’s market, and teacher training center. The project increased enrollment to 625 local students with the new campus.

NMTC financing supporetd a nonprofit focused on crisis intervention and advocacy for victims of sexual and family violence.
NMTC financing supported a provider of top-quality Spanish immersion classes and daycare for children in El Paso, TX.
