Project Description

This project will finance the equipment acquisition required to construct an ultra-low temperature fish freezing, cold storage salmon processing facility that will operate on water. The facility will spend peak salmon fishing season months, June through September, in Bristol Bay, Alaska, purchasing and freezing wild salmon, and spend its remaining time docked in Aberdeen, Washington, processing the salmon.
