Project Description

Martha O’Bryan Charter School creates a vibrant educational K – 8 charter school in one of Nashville’s lowest income neighborhoods. The project involved an innovative partnership with Martha O’Bryan Charter that will educate 65% low-income students at Cayce Homes, a Nashville Hope VI project. NMTC Financing supported new construction of an 85,858 sq. ft. charter school facility. At completion, the school will move from its temporary location into a permanent home to serve 850 students from Kindergarten to 8th grade.
