The NMTC program was critical to the completion of two of our housing developments, one in Clinton, IA and one in Springfield, IL. Both projects would not have been able to have been completed without NMTC and thanks to the program, two historic buildings were revitalized (rather than demolished) and now provide 58 new housing units to provide individuals and families a place to call home plus two not-for-profit organizations’ corporate offices. The NMTC program is a vital tool for community revitalization and economic growth.
