Community Testimonials
ANDP is a not-for-profit affordable housing development, policy, and community engagement organization serving the metro Atlanta region which has developed over 500 single-family homes for people of low and moderate incomes since 2008. NMTCs have been critical to ANDP’s increased single-family production, allowing for the development of 124 NMTC-funded single-family affordable homes since 2017. NMTCs have proven to be a highly impactful and effective affordable housing subsidy source, stabilizing neighborhoods and creating wealth in low-income communities.

Habitat for Humanity of Evansville, Inc is proud to have received the benefits of two NMTC transactions which allowed us to build 5 more houses with the initial proceeds. Then, as the mortgage payments came in on those houses, we were able to build 8 more houses. We are still in the compliance period with our second transaction so we will continue to reap the benefits for at least 3 more years.
-Jennifer Wuchner, Habitat for Humanity of Evansville, Inc, Evansville, Indiana
NMTC is the difference maker between a viable and non-viable project. In Moab, NMTCs have most recently enabled the largest affordable housing development in history (300 units). The development could not have occurred without the NMTCs awarded to it.
